The main field of activity of the JobRadar Recruitment Agency is the employment of residents of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania in other European countries. These are mainly Finland, Norway, Germany and France, but in addition to these countries we offer vacancies throughout the so-called "Old Europe". Our role as a recruitment agency is to find the right vacancy for each interested candidate, and vice versa. Unlike many other recruitment agencies, we do not offer staff rental, as we only act as an intermediary between the employee and the employer. For you, as an employee, this means, first of all, a working contract that is signed directly with the employer from the country of destination and employment by a foreign company with all the ensuing benefits and privileges intended for local employees.

What does the process of employment look like
As mentioned above, the role of the JobRadar Recruitment Agency is to mediate between the candidate and the employer in the early stages of employment. Our goal is to help employees find decent jobs and to help employers find decent workers. To achieve this, we use three main methods of cooperation.
The first option is a direct job search for a specific candidate. In this case, our cooperation begins when you send us your CV and describe what kind of job you are looking for. The more details you provide, the more accurately we can find the vacancy that suits you. Please note that this method of cooperation works better for highly qualified specialists or for vacancies with low competition. But when it comes to highly competitive vacancies, then this method may not work as expected.
The second option is a search for candidates for specific job vacancies. There is a list of job vacancies that are available at the moment above. Nevertheless, some vacancies do not even get to this page, as openings are filled almost instantly. This happens mainly due to the third method of cooperation.
The third option is to add information regarding the candidate into our database and wait for a suitable job vacancy. In other words, we collect information about you and your work experience, and then add it to our database along with the relevant keywords. As soon as we have a suitable job vacancy, we get in touch with you and, if the interest in employment still exists, we offer you to go to work in Europe.
In all of these three options, the employment process for you is as follows:
- You send us your CV. If you wish, attach your comments on what kind of job you are looking for
- Our specialists look through CVs and try to find a suitable job vacancy for you. If there is no suitable job vacancy at the moment, then we add your data to a special database of potential candidates for further employment down the road
- When a suitable job vacancy is found, we negotiate with a potential employer and agree on the terms of work between you and them
- Upon reaching an agreement, we monitor the process of your employment and answer all accompanying questions
- You start working in Europe and do not forget to tell your friends that you have found a job through the JobRadar Recruitment Agency
